- All orders above $100 ship for free.
- All orders under $100 pay an $8.00 flat rate fee.
- Online orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
- Please allow 1–2 days for processing.
- Online orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
- The estimated delivery begins once your order ships via UPS or USPS.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- All orders under $100 pay an $8.00 flat rate fee.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S. (48 states)
3. Gift Cards – Free Mailing or Email Delivery
- Physical gift cards are only for purchase at our Purabeauti location. To purchase, please contact support@purabeauti.com. Physical gift cards are mailed are available for pickup or can be mailed through the USPS.
- Digital gift cards are sent instantly via email upon purchase on our website, visit purabeauti.com/products/giftcards
4. Shipping Locations & Exclusions
We currently ship within the United States, including:
All 48 contiguous states (standard shipping rates apply).
At this time we do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
U.S. Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
International destinations
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@purabeauti.com with your order details.
- Purabeauti is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist you.
