Order Policy: Once an order has been placed it cannot to modified or canceled.

Return Policy

A full refund will be given if returned within 14 calendar days for any unused, unopened items. Returns must be postmarked before the 14-day mark. To start a return, please email us at support@purabeauti.com to receive a return authorization number. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. Items returned back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

You will be notified once we receive your return and if it has been accepted. If accepted, you will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send an email to report an issue to support@purabeauti.com
